Getting Started

1. Create your organization

Go to https://iccknet.com/register and fill in your organization's name, an admin email, and the subdomain you want (for example, yourbrand becomes yourbrand.iccknet.com). If an installer helped you set up, enter their installer code here so they get credited.

2. Confirm your email and phone

We send a 6-digit code to the email address and the phone number you gave. Enter both and your organization is created straight away, with no approval wait.

3. Log in to your admin panel

Once your organization is created, log in at your own subdomain: https://yourbrand.iccknet.com/admin/login. Or click Dashboard on the main site. If you're still signed in, it takes you straight there; otherwise enter your organization name to be redirected automatically.

4. Connect your first router

In the admin panel, go to Routers → Add Router. This generates a one-command provisioning script for a MikroTik RouterOS device. Running it on the router sets up the WireGuard tunnel back to ICCKNet, the hotspot, the firewall, and the walled garden automatically. For a Ruijie Reyee gateway, connect your Ruijie Cloud account under Settings first; ICCKNet then sets the gateway up through Ruijie Cloud. See Routers & Network for the full walkthrough.

5. Create a package and vouchers

Set up a hotspot data or time-based package, or a PPPoE profile for fixed-line subscribers. Vouchers are generated automatically from your packages as customers buy them. See Hotspot & Vouchers and PPPoE & Subscriber Billing.

6. Go live

Once your router is provisioned, customers connecting to your Wi-Fi are shown your branded captive portal automatically, and can buy a voucher right from their phone. Share your Buy Plan link directly if you want to advertise it separately.
