What is ICCKNet?
ICCKNet is a multi-tenant platform for running an ISP or hotspot business: hotspot vouchers, PPPoE subscriber billing, MikroTik and Ruijie router management, mobile money payments, and a branded captive portal, all under your own subdomain and your own isolated database.
Who is ICCKNet for?
ISPs and Wi-Fi hotspot operators who want to sell internet access, whether that's a single hotspot location or a growing network of routers and fixed-line subscribers.
Is my organization's data shared with other organizations?
No. Every organization gets its own dedicated database. Data is never shared across organizations, and ICCKNet does not sell or rent personal data. See the Privacy Policy for details.
Getting Started
How do I sign up?
Go to https://iccknet.com/register and fill in your organization name, admin email and phone, and the subdomain you want, then confirm the codes we send you. See the full Getting Started guide.
How long does it take to get started?
A few minutes. Confirm the codes sent to your email and phone and your organization is created straight away, with no approval wait.
How do I find my organization's login page?
Your admin panel lives at your own subdomain:
https://yourbrand.iccknet.com/admin/login. Click Dashboard on the main site. If you're still signed in, it takes you straight there; otherwise just enter your organization name.
Can I use my own domain instead of a subdomain?
Yes, organizations can connect a custom domain in addition to their default subdomain. Contact us if you'd like this set up.
Hotspot & Vouchers
How do customers buy a voucher?
When a customer connects to your Wi-Fi, they see your branded captive portal and can buy a package right from their phone, or enter a voucher code they already have.
How do my customers pay?
With MTN MoMo, Telecel Cash, AirtelTigo Money or card. Payments settle to your organization through ICCKPay, and the voucher is sent by SMS as soon as payment clears.
Can a voucher expire a set time after it is first used?
Yes. Time and data + time plans always count from first login: a 24-hour voucher ends 24 hours after the customer first connects, even if they were offline part of that time. Data plans can do the same with "Expire after first login". If a router goes down, the time it was offline can be given back automatically.
What happens when a customer runs out of data?
On a fair-usage plan, they're throttled rather than disconnected, and they get a usage alert before they're close to the limit.
Can my agents sell vouchers in person?
Yes, wallet-based agents can sell vouchers directly to walk-in customers, with commission credited automatically on each sale. See Hotspot & Vouchers.
Can I run promotions?
Yes, from your admin panel: blast a promotion by SMS or feature it on your Buy Plan page.
Routers & Technical
What routers does ICCKNet support?
MikroTik RouterOS devices (any board, wired or wireless, including fiber/GPON setups) and Ruijie Reyee gateways connected through Ruijie Cloud.
Do I need a static IP or port forwarding to connect my router?
No. Each router connects out to ICCKNet over its own WireGuard tunnel, so it works behind CGNAT or a mobile uplink without any port forwarding on your side.
What happens if my router loses power or internet?
A short WireGuard keepalive plus an on-router watchdog detect a dropped tunnel and recover it automatically once power or connectivity returns. No site visit is needed.
Can I manage a fiber/GPON network on ICCKNet?
Yes, VLANs, ONUs, CGNAT pools, and IPv6 blocks are supported alongside your hotspot and PPPoE customers.
PPPoE & Subscriber Billing
Does ICCKNet support PPPoE for fixed-line customers?
Yes, subscribers authenticate against RADIUS with PAP, CHAP, and MS-CHAPv2 support, so any router or dialer just works.
Can I throttle instead of disconnect a subscriber who hits their cap?
Yes, fair-usage throttling applies to PPPoE subscribers the same way it does to hotspot vouchers.
Referrals & Installers
How do I become a listed installer?
Sign in to your organization admin panel and go to Marketing > Referrals & Installer Listing, then apply with your photo and details. Applications are reviewed before you are listed in the installer directory. No organization account yet? Sign up free.
Can any organization refer others?
Yes. Every organization has its own referral code and signup link on that same page. Organizations that sign up with your code are listed there.
What do I get for a referral?
Referral rewards are being finalized. Referrals made now are already recorded and will count once the reward terms are announced.
Account & Billing
Is there a free trial?
ICCKNet is free for every organization during early access, with no card required.
How much does ICCKNet cost?
Nothing during early access: every feature, unlimited routers and vouchers. See Pricing.
How do I pay for my subscription?
There's nothing to pay during early access.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes, there's no fixed contract term. Contact us to close your account, or let your subscription lapse at the end of a billing period.
